Enlumora is a personal wellness companion for iPhone and Apple Watch. This policy explains what information the app uses, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Data used by the app
With your permission, Enlumora may use health and activity information, device connection status, mood and body check-ins, Coach messages, practice history, approximate environmental context, and room photos that you choose to provide. These signals help create personal energy summaries, Coach responses, space readings, and practice suggestions.
Health data
Apple Health access is permission-based. Enlumora may read heart-rate variability, heart rate, resting heart rate, sleep, steps, active energy, walking or running distance, flights climbed, and respiratory rate. The app uses these signals to create on-device wellbeing estimates and trends. Raw HealthKit samples are not sent to Enlumora’s AI Coach or used for advertising, marketing, data mining, or medical diagnosis. You can change Health permissions at any time in the Health app.
Camera and space scans
The camera or photo picker is used only when you initiate a space scan. Before the first AI scan, Enlumora asks for permission to send the selected room photo to its AI service provider for analysis. Avoid images containing people or sensitive details. A local copy is saved only when you choose to save the space.
AI features
Coach messages and room-photo analysis are processed through Enlumora’s service and OpenAI. Coach personalization is optional: before derived energy, mood, space, check-in, or practice labels are included, the app asks for your consent. Raw HealthKit samples are not included. Information sent for AI features is limited to what is needed to provide the requested response and is not used by Enlumora for advertising.
Device and service data
Enlumora may use an anonymous installation identifier to operate the service, prevent abuse, and apply rate limits. Weather-based space context may use your location while the app is in use; the app sends coordinates to a weather provider only to return local conditions. Enlumora does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Storage and deletion
Check-ins, saved room scans, practice progress, and recent Coach history are primarily stored on your device. You can delete saved entries in the app or remove the app to delete its local data. Limited service logs may be retained as needed for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. For a privacy or deletion question, email the address on the Support page; please do not include health information in your first message.
Your choices
You can decline optional permissions, use Coach without personalized wellness labels, disconnect supported devices, delete local entries, or stop using Enlumora at any time. Some features will be less personalized without those permissions.
Important note
Enlumora provides wellness reflection and educational Qi Flow guidance. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency support.
